01How long does it take from auction to Lagos?
Timing depends on the departure port, vessel schedule and clearance requirements. Send us the car details and we’ll confirm an estimated timeline for your shipment before you commit.
02Can you bid for me if I don’t have an auction account?
Yes. We bid on your behalf, so you don’t need your own account. Send us the auction link and we’ll confirm whether we can bid on that lot.
03How much will it cost?
It depends on the car’s value, size, departure port and customs duty. Send us the lot number and we’ll give you the full figure before you bid.
04How do I pay?
Ask us for the payment stages and verified company payment details with your quote. Confirm these directly with the team before making any payment.
05Can you clear a car I shipped with someone else?
Yes. We offer clearing only at Tin Can, Apapa and the airport.
06What if the car arrives damaged?
Contact the team with photos of the damage. Ask about insurance options and the applicable claims process before shipping. If you would like repairs before handover, we can discuss the scope and cost with you.
07How will I know where my car or cargo is?
We send photos and status updates on WhatsApp at pickup, loading, departure, arrival and release.
08Do you pick up from suppliers abroad?
Yes. For general cargo, we can collect directly from your supplier’s warehouse in the UK, US, China, UAE, Turkey and other countries. Contact us to confirm your pickup location.
